Greetings from Mono!
Today we are announcing a new, more inclusive pricing offering.

We are bringing in changes to our pricing on Sep, 1st, 2020.
As Mono’s customers we believe that it is imperative that we explain to you,
what is changing in our pricing and why we are doing this.

With the feedback we received from our customers over the past week
since we launched, we are rolling out our new Pricing. One comment
we consistently get is that the pricing should be more flexible.

Having seen customers across different stages and sector have helped us a lot in moving towards a pricing structure that’s reflective of the stages you’re in your business, side project or experimentation.

What are the changes and why?

We’re moving entirely from a monthly subscription to a pay-as-you-use model on a ($0.05/19 Naira) per API call which includes volume discounts that automatically trigger as your API call volume increases.

The fundamental of changing from ‘subscription’ to ‘pay-as-use’ is to give you, our customers the pricing flexibility based on the stage you are in your business and the size of your customer base.

This is more than changing pricing — it’s about making our platform easier to consume. If you are using Mono, you know we are customer obsessed.

We care about building trust and loyalty by solving your problems and scaling with your growth. We believe everyone should have predictable pricing, only pay for what they use with no commitments, contracts, capacity planning, or price modeling — just build and ship.

How does the billing work?

It’s simple.

  • Log on to your Mono dashboard

  • Click on fund wallet (Minimum is $10)

  • Pay using your card or bank transfer

  • Your wallet will be automatically updated

That’s it.
