In this month's Mono Product update roundup, we've highlighted the features and improvements we've been working on in the last month.

What's new, what's better?

Transaction Classifier is in Beta!

The Transaction Classifier is currently in beta. With the Transaction Classifier, you can get more detailed and organized insights into the categorization of your customers' transactions.
The classifier model is trained to recognise the main purpose of each transaction, based on its description, amount, date, and other data.
To access this feature, you can send us an email at sales@mono.co.

Mono Dashboard Updates

1. Export Payments and Settlements
Partners who use DirectPay can now export records of their payments and settlements in PDF and CSV file formats.
This allows you to have a handy copy of your payments and settlements for reference purposes outside the dashboard.
To use this, navigate to the Payments or Payouts tab on the dashboard and click the Export button at the top.

2. Custom Roles
Custom Roles is a new feature that lets you decide what invited members of your team can do on your dashboard. This gives Admins more flexibility to create user roles and assign preferred permissions other than the default roles available on the dashboard.
To create a custom role, go to Settings, click on the Team tab, select Roles, and then click the 'create a custom role' button.

3. Unique App IDs
We've assigned unique App IDs for all created Apps on the dashboard. This ID is displayed on every App page and helps you identify and make references to your Apps more easily.
Want to see your App IDs? Simply click on an existing App or create a new App to generate one.

4. Connected Account Update
On the Customers tab of the dashboard, you can now view the last time you received updated information on connected accounts. This displays the date and time new balance and transaction data were fetched from a customer's financial account.

Mono Connect Updates

5. Unlink in Sandbox
We have now added a way to unlink connected sandbox accounts! When you test the Mono Connect widget in sandbox mode, you can now unlink sandbox accounts using the Unlink endpoint.

You can also watch this short video to learn how to unlink an account connected in the sandbox or live environments.

6. New Bank Connections
UBA business account type and Providus personal account type are now available on the Mono Connect widget! With these new connections, your users can securely link their UBA business or Providus personal bank accounts to your app.

Suggest an improvement

If there's anything you'd like us to build to make your experience better, you can send us a feature improvement suggestion right in your Mono dashboard.
Got a suggestion? Simply click the Support button at the bottom right side of your dashboard, and select 'Suggest an improvement'.
