What documents do you need to get started on Mono?
To complete compliance and go live on Mono as a developer, you will need to submit the following documents:
A valid personal ID; Driver’s License or International Passport.

Proof of business address.

2. How much does it cost to use Mono in South Africa?
To use our Mono Connect services in South Africa, we offer simple pricing plans billed on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, letting you choose what works best for your API needs. Check out our pricing breakdown here.
3. How long does it take to go live on Mono?
After sending an account activation request, we will review it and send an update to your email within 24 - 48 hours. If your request is approved, your business should go live on Mono immediately.
4. Can I use Mono without a developer?
Yes, you can use Mono without having a developer on your team. The Mono Statement Pages allows you to securely collect financial statements from your users without writing a single line of code. Here’s how to set up a Statement Page.

5. Can I use Mono in test mode?
We offer a sandbox environment where you can test our features and make API requests to our products, with our test credentials. However, to retrieve live customer data, you will need to activate your account and create a live App on the dashboard.
